To proceed with your order, a deposit is required. This helps us secure materials, schedule your project and allows us to begin work. The deposit amount will be specified in your quotation.

Your custom design

Here’s where the ideas start to come to life. Based on our discussions, we’ll create initial mock-ups tailored to your project needs.

The number of mock-ups you will receive depends on the scope of your project, but rest assured, we’re flexible. You’ll have unlimited amendments because we believe in getting it right, not just done.

We’ll work closely with you, until you’re 100% happy.

Refining the details

Once your mock-ups are ready, we’ll send them via email or sms for your review.

This is your chance to go over every detail, we encourage open, honest feedback, no detail is too small. We’re here to refine the design and make necessary adjustments to ensure the design meets your expectations.

Once approved, we’ll move straight into production with confidence.

Bringing designs to life

Your design is approved and payment is received, we move into the production phase.

This is where everything starts to take shape, whether it’s printing, building, or prepping your final product, we make sure every detail is on point.

We’ll keep you updated throughout the process with sms notifications, so you’re never left wondering what stage we’re at.

The remaining balance must be paid in full before your order is dispatched. Details will be included in your invoice.

Final product, delivered

Your project is complete, checked for quality, Invoice finalised and ready to be on its way to you. Our goal is to exceed your expectations and ensure satisfaction.

We’ll send through your tracking details so you can follow the delivery every step of the way.
