To initiate the design process with us at Design & Supply in an honourable direction, we require a partial payment to secure your job order with us. It’s important to understand that this partial payment is non-refundable and serves Design & Supply as a safeguard against changes in direction after work has begun. This policy is implemented to uphold fairness, prevent cancellations, and ensure that our creative efforts are valued, respected and duly compensated.
At Design & Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every design and product we deliver. However, we understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund or return. Please review the following policy guidelines:
Design Services
• Refunds: Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has commenced. If you choose to cancel your design request before any work has been initiated, you may be eligible for a partial refund at the discretion of Design & Supply.
• Revisions: We offer multiple rounds of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design. If you are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts, please provide detailed feedback, and our design team will work with you to make necessary adjustments.
Printed Products
• Quality Guarantee: We take pride in the quality of our printed products. If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us immediately to discuss options to suit you accordantly.
• Returns: Due to the custom nature of our printed products, we typically do not accept returns unless the item is damaged during transit or there is a printing error on our part. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the issue, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.
• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet commenced. Design fees and any incurred expenses up to the point of cancellation may be non-refundable.
• Refunds Process: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible. In cases where a refund cannot be issued via the original payment method, Design & Supply may offer alternative refund options at its discretion.

If you receive an email in error, please promptly delete it from your system and notify us. You are prohibited from disclosing, copying, or using any part of the email if you are not the intended recipient. We are not liable for any unauthorised alterations to the email or attachments. Additionally, please note that our emails undergo virus scanning, but we accept no liability for any consequential damage resulting from emails containing computer viruses.
