Refund + Returns Policy

At Design & Supply, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every design and product we deliver. However, we at Design & Supply understand that there may be instances where you may need to request a refund or return. Please review the following policy guidelines.

Design Services

• Upfront Deposit: Deposit payment are non-refundable and serves Design & Supply as a safeguard against changes in direction after work has begun.

If the required upfront deposit payment has not been received after you agreeing to proceed with Design & Supply and design work has already begun, a fixed charge of $149 will be invoiced to you, if you decide not to proceed after viewing mockups or artwork. This policy is in place to ensure fairness, prevent change of mind or cancellations, and to respect and compensate the time and creative efforts are valued of Design & Supply.

• Refunds: Design fees are non-refundable once the design process has commenced, however, if you choose to cancel your design request before any work has been initiated, you may be eligible for a refund at the discretion of Design & Supply.

• Revisions: We at Design & Supply offer multiple rounds of revisions to ensure your complete satisfaction with the final design. If you are unsatisfied with the initial design concepts, please provide detailed feedback, and our Design & Supply team will work with you to make necessary adjustments.

Printed Products

• Quality Guarantee: We at Design & Supply take pride in the quality of our printed products. If you receive an item that is defective or does not meet your expectations, please contact us at Design & Supply immediately to discuss options to suit you accordantly. 

• Returns: Due to the custom nature of Design & Supply printed products, returns are not accepted, unless the item is damaged during transit or there is a printing error on Design & Supply’s part. In such cases, please provide photographic evidence of the issue, and we will gladly arrange for a replacement.

• Cancellation Policy: Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order with us at Design & Supply, provided that production has not yet commenced. Design fees and any incurred expenses up to the point of cancellation are non-refundable.

• Refunds Process: Refunds will be processed within 2-3 business days of approval and will be issued via the original payment method whenever possible. In cases where a refund cannot be issued via the original payment method, Design & Supply may offer alternative refund options at its discretion or offer a holding credit with Design & Supply.
